Position Summary

Under direct supervision of the Manager of Employee and Leadership Development. This position coordinates training programs, assists in the development of learning materials, schedules training sessions, tracks employee progress, and evaluates training effectiveness for in-person and learning management systems (LMS) training. They’ll assist with employee and leadership development training programs and LMS training. This position will coordinate and assist the Learning & Organizational Development Department on various initiatives, handle administrative tasks, and maintain training records.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative oversight and data collection input/output in Workday or other Learning Management Systems.
  • Assists Learning Management Systems and L&OD team in ensuring that training programs comply with industry regulations, policies, and legal requirements for compliance training.
  • Maintains and creates files for recordkeeping systems.
  • Creates, publishes, and maintains reports.
  • Works closely with departments and managers in providing pertinent information.
  • Assists with the administration of New Employee Orientation.
  • Assists the L&OD team in assessing the learning needs of individuals, teams, or CNM to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
  • Collaborates with HR Partners and supports the L&OD team in Implementing methods to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs, and through feedback and assessment tools.
  • Provide administrative support for learning initiatives.
  • Assists with organizational development projects such as change management initiatives or culture-building activities.
  • Communicates with stakeholders to support the achievement of HR Strategic Goals & and L&OD Objectives and goals.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree and two (2) years of related experience

Preferences:

  • Previous experience in learning and development or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Background in Human Resources or Organizational Development, Learning and Organizational Development, LMS, Leadership and Employee Development, or related fields are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Certificates or Certifications in HR, Organizational Development, Assessments in related fields a plus
