Job Summary
The Department of Forestry and Natural Resources (FNR) at the University of Kentucky is seeking a lab technician senior to support forest health-related activities, specifically forest pathology research in collaboration with the Forest Health Research and Education Center. Eighty percent of the position will be devoted to supporting forest health research, with the remaining twenty percent allocated to assisting other research projects in the Department (see below). The position supports lab work, fieldwork, data analysis, and assistance with the development of technical and research reports. The position is a 2-year position (with potential to continue pending funding) supported by grant funding.
