Job Summary: |
The Department of Dermatology seeks a full-time Open-rank Professional Research Assistant to join the Fujita Lab, part of the Department of Dermatology and Immunology & Microbiology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The position is available immediately. The main emphasis of this position is to help the lab members study the role of a novel cytokine, IL-37, in immunology and oncology. We seek a highly motivated individual with a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, cellular biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, immunology, or related discipline. Located in the Denver metro area near the Rocky Mountains, the University of Colorado School of Medicine (Anschutz Medical Campus) integrates world-class facilities, including the Human Immune Monitoring Shared Resource, Genomics, Bioinformatics, and Metabolomics Shared Resource. The Fujita Lab is supported by multiple fundings, including NIH/NIAID R01, JDRF research grant, NIH/NIAAA R21, VA Merit Award, Gates Grubstake Award, and foundation grants. Key Responsibilities:

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range ) for this position has been established as Entry level: $42,088-$53,536 Intermediate level: $45,801-$58,259 Senior level: $49,515-$62,983 The above salary range (or hiring range ) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
