JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The laboratory of Professor William Noid, in the Department of Chemistry, at The Pennsylvania State University, seeks to fill a part-time research assistant position. The applicant will perform and analyze molecular dynamics simulations. The employee will also help to develop a dilute solution theory for interfacial properties, help with writing a manuscript and with obtaining results for a proposal based upon this work. Applicants who are interested and qualified must submit an application electronically as a single pdf that includes:

3. A brief statement (1-2 pages) of research interests.

Following a screening of these initial application materials, appropriate candidates will be contacted by email. This is a part-time position funded for 6 months from the date of hire. Review of applicants will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
