Job Summary
Works closely with customers, business analysts, team members, and vendors to provide full life-cycle management, including planning, designing, configuring, documenting, testing, implementing, maintaining, supporting, and retiring, of quality technical solutions and software applications that meet business and organizational standards, constraints, and requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with one (1) of any IT experience.

  • Associate degree with coursework in computing or information systems.
  • Additionally, experience in any of the following: configuration management, change management, process improvements, databases, projects, and certifications in applicable technologies or methodologies. (details below)
    • Configuration Management: Identifying, tracking, and controlling information technology systems at scale.
    • Change Management: Knowledge of software updates, deployments, allowing transitions without disruptions.
    • Process Improvement: Experience optimizing processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Database Management: Basic understanding of databases and how they interact with system configurations.
    • Project Management: Basic project management skills. Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate changes effectively.
    • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library): Familiarity with ITIL principles, especially related to configuration management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of principles of computing, communications, networks, hardware, software including operating systems.
  • Ability to install, configure, integrate, and manage software application in an enterprise environment.
  • Solid skill in analyzing and solving complex computing problems.
  • Prior experience with specific systems, equipment and software may be specified as needed by position available.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others.
  • Good understanding of business processes and related information management issues.
  • Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical people.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Open and communitive nature with a willingness to collaborate with teammates.
  • A capacity to learn technical solutions and processes.
  • Customer focused mentality that fosters outcomes that meet the business needs.
Other Requirements
