IT Service Support Analyst to provide basic support for computer technology-based systems, resources, and services in support of teaching, research, clinics and outreach for College of Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Medical Center. Provides general, broad-based technical support for hardware, software, troubleshooting, customer services and escalates complex problems to system experts when necessary. Responsibilities involve work in one or more of the following areas: systems selection and imaging new systems, systems maintenance and rebuilding systems, user-support, and support and guidance in for technical solutions that can improve the administrative, academic, research and clinical functions of the college. Some typical activities may include installation of hardware or software on computing devices throughout the college and Veterinary Medical System, troubleshooting, serving as a liaison with users, vendor support, software adaptation, participation in equipment selection, user training and general support.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic knowledge and appropriate training in relevant computer/technology, including one or more years of IT service desk experience desired.


Additional Information:

This is a hybrid position working on-site 2-3 days per week; subject to change based on workload. Weekend/after hours possible in case of emergency.

Employer will not sponsor a work visa for applicants of this position.

Target Salary Range: $23.94 - $31.92 per hour.
