Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a IT Office Assistant for the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research (IFH).
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
  • Works under the supervision of the Full-Time Computing Office Staff to collect decommished servers and Audio Video equipment serial and model information.
  • Will be responsible entering the old PC’s information in the Rutgers Surplus System.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and/or up to 4 years of related experience.
Certifications/Licenses
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some level of college education.
  • Data entry and record keeping.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and of Microsoft 365/Office Suite.
Equipment Utilized
  • Able to lift 40 pounds.
