1. Perform a range of analytical duties in the development of technology solutions for business processes. 2. Analyze current systems/processes, identify trends, make recommendations for modernization and improvements as it relates to people, process, and technology. 3. Responsible for applications development, conversion, installation and/or maintenance. 4. Collaborate as part of a team to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of business systems. 5. Assist with the modification and configuration of systems to meet business needs and stakeholder's requirements. 6. Liaison between technical staff and user groups. 7. Assist with implementing developed test plans, support testing i.e., user acceptance, performance, security, and usability. 8. May design and edit routine application workflows to enhance business processes. 9. May develop customized reports to respond to user requirements.

Required Skill/ability 3:  Familiarity with systems/processes analysis methods and techniques.
