Position Focus:

This opportunity plays a critical role within the ITS Project Management Office, supporting the PMO in driving value throughout ITS by providing analytical and project management guidance for portfolio & client funded and RTS efforts.

Works collaboratively in a fast-paced, environment liaising with colleagues to resolve technical issues, maintain and trains users on the business processes and technical needs for the in-house Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) solution and develops and publishes PMO portfolio related reports using the PPM tool and PowerBI. 


Essential Duties

1. Perform a range of analytical duties in the development of technology solutions for business processes. 2. Analyze current systems/processes, identify trends, make recommendations for modernization and improvements as it relates to people, process, and technology. 3. Responsible for applications development, conversion, installation and/or maintenance. 4. Collaborate as part of a team to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of business systems. 5. Assist with the modification and configuration of systems to meet business needs and stakeholder’s requirements. 6. Liaison between technical staff and user groups. 7. Assist with implementing developed test plans, support testing i.e., user acceptance, performance, security, and usability. 8. May design and edit routine application workflows to enhance business processes. 9. May develop customized reports to respond to user requirements.


Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience or equivalent education and experience.

Developed analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Developed interpersonal, written, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.


Required Skill/Ability 3:

Familiarity with systems/processes analysis methods and techniques.

Proven project management skills.


Required Skill/Ability 5:

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
