| Position Summary | Career Readiness Learning Objectives: Critical Thinking | Gather and analyze software requirement (information) from students, staff, faculty, and other users of the IRB Software to understand IRB software issues and implement effective solutions. Technology | Apply various software development technologies to improve the efficiency and productivity of IRB Software analysis, design, implementation, and deployment. Leadership| Plan, coordinate, initiate, manage, and evaluate IRB Software project deliverables, deadlines, and activities. This position requires a student worker to support the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of IRB Software. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge, experience, and skills in full-stack application development, UI/UX research and design, requirements analysis, and systems modeling, and be able to deploy and manage software in the Cloud, particularly AWS. You must be able to work with little or no supervision, pay attention to details, and be organized. Weekend work may be required. The ideal candidate must have experience working with mission-critical and enterprise-wide software in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience and knowledge of IRB is required. During the interview, you will be asked to demonstrate software development and programming skills. Also, you must be willing to carry out independent research and find solutions by yourself. |
