The Investigator will conduct, manage, and document various investigations in a timely, thorough and accurate manner, including but not limited to, investigations of complaints of sexual misconduct, discrimination, civil rights, retaliation regarding protected classes, gender-based assault, harassment, violations of UAB policies and procedures, and other regulatory matters. To play an important role in the University's education, prevention, and response efforts related to gender, sex, race, color, national origin, age, religion, disability, veteran status and other legally protected categories.  

Salary Range: $57,940.00 - $73,000.00

Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration, Counseling Education, Employment Law or a related field required, and four (4) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
