Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk.

Job Duties


Duties & Responsibilities
Assists the Investigations Team with complex data. Also, perform crime analysis, retrieval of camera footage, and performance of duties. Additional duties also include implementing and reviewing crime mapping technology.

Assists Dispatch/Security team with routine camera monitoring during special events/ high traffic locations or times.

Assist with organizing and managing evidence collected data during investigations.

Attends and participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with investigative practices and techniques.

Provides general information in response to inquiries in person or by telephone; initial point of contact for Report Requests and Insurance Requests; refers highly technical inquiries to appropriate work unit member.

Enters data into specialized unit-specific software. Uses editing software to redact according to policy in order to provide requested reports
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintains Clery Right to Know log with appropriate redactions as prescribed by regulation. Enters daily crime report.
Duties & Responsibilities
Views/Reviews camera footage during the scheduled shift. Reviews camera placement and field of view to alert Network Services of any recurring issues or problems.
