Interventional Radiology Technologist - Temporary Staffing Agreement - TAP (891) - (T216572)

Description

To perform a variety of complex specialized tasks eminent in operating radiographic equipment to perform vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 3 years of recent relevant experience. Candidates with less than 3 years of experience, but have 18 months of recent UAB tech experience will also be considered.

Candidates must be a graduate from a Radiography program accredited by a mechanism acceptable to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently registered as a Registered Technologist (R.T. - ARRT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. Must also have an active BLS and ACLS certification.

Candidates must be able to work 36 hours (three 12-hour shifts) or 40 hours (four 10-hour shifts) per week for a 12 week contract. Holidays and weekends will be required.
