General Description / Primary Purpose
The University of North Florida Department of Nutrition & Dietetics invites applications for a 9-month Instructor, starting in Fall 2024.

Responsibilities include teaching in the undergraduate and graduate programs; assisting with
accreditation duties; mentoring/advising students; performing service to the department, college, university, and the profession.

Required Qualifications
Faculty Position Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Master’s in Nutrition or a related field by August 2, 2024, be a registered dietitian, have experience teaching undergraduate courses, and have a record of service to the profession.
Preferred qualifications: Doctorate degree in Nutrition (PhD or DCN), experience teaching food service management, nutrition education and counseling, food lab, community nutrition or sports nutrition. Practice experience in one of these areas is also preferred.
This is not a remote position. The successful candidate will be required to work at the UNF campus in Jacksonville, Florida.
