| Essential Job Duties | Setting and enforcing best safety practices and setting safe-use guidelines for use of all equipment and tools. Overseeing the construction, installation, and strikes of all scenery for the Theatre Department’s season. Daily operation, organization, and management of the scene shop. Coordinating all technical needs for the department. Creating build schedules for each departmental production. Attend all technical rehearsals for productions. Supervising student and work study crews to build scenic elements. Advising production managers, directors, and designers on feasibility, cost, and equipment capabilities. Attending all production meetings in the Department of Theatre. |
