Position Summary

The University of Southern Indiana is accepting applications for Instructor in Professional Studies and Advisor, Bachelor of Professional Studies.

The Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) program at the University of Southern Indiana, a public university in Evansville, Indiana, seeks applications for a 12-month renewable Instructor in Professional Studies. Appointment will be available in July 2024.

Duties/Responsibilities 

The Instructor in Professional Studies and Advisor, Bachelor of Professional Studies position will be expected to engage in professional and university service activities, advising, evaluation of credit for prior learning, and teach 3-6 credit hours per semester, which includes online, accelerated undergraduate departmental course offerings in professional studies.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree. Applicants in the process of finishing their degree will be considered if the degree will be conferred by hire date.
