Job Summary
The Image Management Specialist in Imaging Services will be responsible for assisting with database management and operations within the department.
Duties include: serve as informal PACS educator to inexperienced users, employ independent judgment when troubleshooting technical and registration issues, and serve as a liaison between patients and other UK staff. This position will also employ knowledge of radiology to upload outside facility exams of UK patients into PACS, and work with all staff to ensure quality control in PACS database entries.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Office; ability to work independently; customer service oriented; experience in a busy professional office setting.

Preferred Education/Experience
Associates degree plus three or more years of related professional experience preferred.
