Duties and Responsibilities | The Human Resources Associate – Service Center provides a broad spectrum of services, encompassing communication with campus personnel, procedural guidance, and troubleshooting. This involves analyzing situations, conducting research, exercising sound judgment to achieve resolution, and maintaining confidentiality. Onboarding New Employees:

Required Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills | 1. Administrative Experience: Prior experience in administrative work with a demonstrably strong focus on customer service within a main office setting or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. 2. Communication and Information Accuracy: Proven ability to effectively interpret and communicate complex information, procedures, and directions in both written and verbal formats (in-person, telephone, and business correspondence) to a wide variety of individuals. 3. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrated competence in managing multiple work assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines consistently, and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor. 4. Document Creation and Editing: Proven experience designing, writing, editing, and formatting professional documents such as reports, business correspondence, spreadsheets, and brochures. 5. Software Proficiency: Demonstrated competence in operating personal computers and various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, email, and internet usage. Microsoft Office software is preferred. |
Preferred Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills | 1. Proven experience effectively delivering training and presentations to both small and large groups. 2. Demonstrated experience gathering and compiling information to analyze and evaluate complex human resources-related matters. 3. Proficiency in human resources policies and procedures. 4. Experience working with multi-relational databases. 5. Combination of education and/or applicable experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field or experience in Human Resources. |
