Position Summary | The Human Resources Administrator is primarily responsible for creating, managing, and implementing employee training programs. Position works closely with leadership to identify potential training programs and develops/executes approved programs, to include tracking trainee performance and feedback. Position is also responsible for managing the annual Employee Performance Appraisal Program. The Human Resources Administrator reports to the Assistant Director of Human Resources. |

Qualifications
Knowledge Skills and Abilities |

Required Education | Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. |
Required Work Experience | Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in Human Resources including experience conducting training in an organization. |
Preferred Qualifications | Training Certification. |
Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations | None specified. |
Work Hours | Typical Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional extended hours/weekends to meet departmental needs. |
