Position Summary | As an integral part of the Law School, this position reports to and supports the Assistant Dean, Administrative Services, and coordinates with University HR, Payroll, and all Law School departments, to initiate all personnel and pay-related actions for all Law School positions while adhering to all University, Federal, and State guidelines. An understanding of all HR policies and procedures relevant to recruitment, pay, and employee benefits, and the intricacies of the systems is essential to be successful in this job. This position requires an extremely high level of confidentiality, excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and an extraordinary level of customer service.
