Job Summary | The Human Resource Analyst will be a member of the University of Utah Human Resource Management team working closely with an Associate Human Resources Director, a Human Resources Specialist, and several peer Analysts. The Human Resource Analyst will be assigned a number of functional areas on campus (colleges or departments), and will act as the first point of contact for Human Resources transactional needs. The primary Human Resources services provided are related to recruitment and job posting, pre-hire checks, onboarding, and processing employment changes. Other Human Resources services provided may include, but not be limited to benefits, payroll, compensation, and employee relations. This position is hybrid, so the incumbent will be required to work at least 2 days per week on campus, in or near the assigned departments, and will telecommute the rest of the week.
