Responsibilities: 

  • Provide excellent customer service through answering HPS emails, phone-calls, and Glia chat with accurate and current information regarding USF health requirements, and HPS programs and services.  

  • Assist with updating USF immunization requirements through Med+Proctor and Banner 9 Admin when needed.

  • Assist with accurate auditing and data-entry of text and numerical data into spreadsheets, applications, and student databases. 

  • Participate in staff meetings, one-on-one meetings, and other meetings and trainings when necessary.

  • Print and photocopy documents requested by staff to support office operations and health promotion programming. 

  • Ensure confidentiality at all times under HIPAA and FERPA laws when working with student information.

  • Run errands and disseminate printed materials within the University Center and across the USF campuses when needed.

  • Provide assistance with events and immunization clinics when requested by staff, including promoting events, setup, breakdown, and coordinating tasks during the event. This may include working on the weekend during orientation. 

  • Be able to assist with graphic design on Canva or related programs, such as resizing or repositioning text and graphics on marketing materials when needed.

  • Provide feedback on programming materials such as websites, videos, brochures, posters, etc.

  • Provide support for other relevant duties as assigned by the HPS Director, Assistant Director, and Program Assistant.

Qualifications:


  • Detailed orientated

  • Excellent time management, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent computer skills: (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, emails, internet, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as a valued team member.

  • Customer-service experience.
