Position Summary
PART-TIME TEMPORARY
Facilitate research-based exercise programs in patients living with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.
· Lead individual and group health coaching sessions for research study participants.
· Meet with study participants to review exercise progress, address any barriers to exercise relapse, recommend adjustments and set weekly goals.
· Provide encouragement and support to the study participant and communicate any changes with the study’s lead coordinator.
· Complete required lab trainings.
· Maintain exercise session records.
· Assist with other research study duties as assigned.
