Minimum Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience.
Special Conditions
The department is especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development. Candidates must have proficient experience working within the Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Canva.

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule

Working Conditions

Job Duties


Duties & Responsibilities
Executes and designs publications, advertisements and other marketing materials using page layouts, image editing and illustration software. Prepares camera ready art for approved projects. Responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions that are visually consistent and in alignment with brand standards.

Focuses on creative requests requiring a quick turnaround time as well large scale creative campaign needs. Assists with coordination and production of assigned projects and participates in client meetings and for creative purposes at photo-shoots as needed.
