Position Summary
The Research Student Assistant is responsible for assisting in research activities and data analysis, as well as have an opportunity for co-authorizing research papers with a professor, among other duties.
This is a student position open to current UIW students.
Essential Functions
Essential duties include:
  • Assisting various administrative tasks.
  • Finding information in libraries.
  • Researching internet sources.
  • Conducting various research projects and analyzing data.
  • Developing databases.

Qualifications


Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Excel.
Required Education
  • Registered and enrolled in a Graduate degree.
  • Good academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Required Work Experience
Experience with leadership positions.
