Job Description Summary
School of Communication Graduate Program Ambassador/Social Media Coordinator
Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of each graduate program offered in the School of Communication at Chapman University.

  • Conceive of interactive, digital campaigns to promote the graduate programs in the School of Communication.

  • Design and develop visual and video content for digital campaigns

  • Oversee and track social media campaigns with analytics and develop a monthly report for the graduate program director.

  • Partner with graduate program administrators to develop live events on the Chapman Campus and off-campus to achieve recruitment goals.

  • Attend events in classrooms and at conferences to deliver live presentations and promote the School of Communication graduate programs.

  • Work closely with the graduate admissions director and any additional undergraduate students to implement social media campaigns.

Student in the School of Communication Graduate Program
Desired Qualifications
Strong analytical skills for testing and measuring impacts of the campaigns and sharing results
