NURSING RESIDENCY PROGRAM
Our nurse residency program is an innovative and exciting way for graduate nurses to experience orientation in conjunction with the training and orientation provided on your home unit.
This 12-month program consists of seminars, hands-on training, and simulations that allow new nurses to gain additional knowledge and training beyond what they would learn in a standard orientation program. Our program empowers new nurses to continue their professional development while gaining on-the-job experience.
Our program is accredited through the American Nurses Credentialing Center Practice Transition Accreditation Program® (PTAP) . The PTAP sets the global standard for programs that transition registered nurses (RNs) and advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) into new practice settings.
