Job Description Summary
Lab and administrative support.
Responsibilities
  • sending emails to potential experiment subjects, checking subjects into experiments, assigning seating arrangements, reading lab rules to subjects, logging subjects into a computer and preparing instructions or materials, monitoring experiments by making sure no one talks, no one goes on their cell phone, and no one leaves the lab unannounced, cleaning the lab, entering subject payment information after experiments, reviewing instructions for errors and clarity
  • data entry
  • searching for papers for professors that have particular keywords, proctoring professor’s exams
  • attending recruitment opportunities and providing information to interested experiment subjects
  • running errands around campus
  • performing administrative duties
Required Qualifications
 Fully knowledgeable about the job; be able to handle responsibilities independently and effectively. Possess an undergraduate degree in a similar and/or related field.
Desired Qualifications
  • Computer program experience.
  • Data analysis experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and/or enjoys working with people. Experience working and engaging with a diverse population.
