The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant, Athletic Administration/Student Services on the Dahlonega campus. This position will assist with daily operation of the UNG athletic department. This position will include a tuition wavier.

  • Assist with advisement of Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and initiatives.
  • Assist with Nighthawk360 - life skills programming.
  • Assist with providing student-athletes with academic support and resources.
  • Assist with NCAA Compliance and Conference reports.
  • Assist with event operations, ticketing, game management and special events.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director, Student Services.

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must currently have, or will obtain by the start date a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must be enrolled in a minimum of six graduate credit hours by start date.
  • Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
  • Former NCAA athlete or experience in college athletics is preferred.
