Working Conditions

Conducts routine inspections of University buildings and determines if any preventative maintenance is needed.

Performs various custodial tasks including emptying trash cans, cleaning air conditioning filters, exterminating insects, and changing light bulbs.

Performs various maintenance tasks on grounds including mowing, edging, trimming hedges and trees, raking leaves, and general clean up.
