The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg invites applications for a non-tenure stream Assistant Professor position in Biology to begin August 2024. A Medical Doctoral degree is required in one of the specialty areas of medicine within the healthcare professions. Candidates should have experience with patient care, and diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic medical conditions, and at least 5 years of teaching Anatomy and Physiology at the collegiate level. 

Candidates should be prepared to teach a 15-credit load per semester. Candidates will be prepared to teach Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2 lectures with laboratories for nursing majors and biology majors, as well as possible upper-level courses for biology majors related to the candidate's area of specialization. Additionally, candidates should be prepared to devote time to service and professional development as part of their appointment.
