Position Summary Information


Objective
To provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and administrators, using professionalism at the front desk. In-person to educate, facilitate, and grow enrollment at Blinn. Provide office support and assistance in various day-to-day operations.
Essential Duties
•Assist customers in the lobby with applying, and submitting documentation for Admissions, Financial Aid, Business Services, and Housing and Residence Life.
•Use a personal computer and a variety of office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and e-mail.
•Organize and maintain files, both hard copy and electronic, while ensuring confidentiality of records.
•Operate standard office equipment (e.g., copier, scanner, fax, binding machine, telephone, etc.)
• Provide excellent customer service to faculty, staff and students. -Provide clerical assistance to Enrollment Services office
• Other duties as assigned to assist with daily responsibilities.

Preferred Experience and Training
• High School degree or GED
• Previous customer service experience
• Previous clerical experience
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
