The Fogarty Global Health Fellows program is now accepting applications from individuals interested in conducting 12 months of research at our affiliated sites in low and middle-income countries. Trainees receive a competitive stipend, research funds, travel, and health insurance and are supported by a team of mentors. Research opportunities are available in a variety of disciplines including infectious disease, non-communicable diseases, trauma/surgery/emergency medicine, and environmental health.
Trainees design their own research projects or integrate into faculty-designed projects.

Compensation: Stipend: $21-51K depending on education; $7,500-10K for research
Eligible: US & LMIC Pre/Post-Docs (individuals currently enrolled in PhD programs), Medical Students, Residents and Fellows. Master’s degree students are only eligible if they have already received an advanced degree (PhD, MD, etc.).How to Apply:
