Position Summary:
Prepares, compiles, analyzes, interprets, and reports financial data of the clinical operations. Provides financial analysis and long term projections, ratios, graphs, and profitability reviews. Ensures adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. No patient care assignment.

Detailed responsibilities:
* FINANCIAL ANALYSIS - Prepare financial analysis as directed
* PERFORMANCE - Review profitability and performance of strategic business units and cost centers
* ANALYSIS - Provide analytical support to team members and management
* RECOMMENDATIONS - Develop business and financial recommendations for management
* RATIOS AND GRAPHS - Prepare and interpret ratios and graphs for clinical operations
* BENCHMARKS - Generate and review benchmarks and make benchmark recommendations
* BUSINESS PLANS - Assist in the review process of business plans and make recommendations
* MENTOR - Assist in training and offer guidance to less senior Financial Analysts
* EXPERTISE - Represent Hospitals on teams and in meetings where financial expertise is required
* ISSUE RESOLUTION - Monitor, evaluate and resolve concerns or problems identified by external (e.g., patients, visitors, vendors, payers) and internal customers (e.g., employees, volunteers) forward to appropriate departments or units for further evaluation or action

Physical Conditions:
