Job Summary
The Online Administrator will assist with all aspects of financial aid processing for students in professional, online, and non-standard term programs. They also provides assistance to the broader Federal Programs area as needed, including administration of the Federal Direct Loan, Pell Grant, and Federal Work Study programs. Provide financial aid counseling services to prospective and current students.
This position will report directly to the Assistant Director of Federal Grants & Work Programs. This position represents an opportunity for a hybrid environment.

What you will be doing :
• Daily processing of various reports and quality control (QCs) for monitoring the complete cycle from application to awarding and disbursement of aid to Online, Hybrid and Programs with special fee rates.
• Provide backup processing for the broader Federal Programs such as Pell Grant and Work Study.
• Implement policy/procedures and serve as a resource for questions and guidance regarding professional programs.
• Train staff regarding federal regulatory criteria, processes, and procedures related to specified office function and/or program.
• Participate in on-going training from NASFAA and Department of Education to stay current on applicable regulations.
• Provide students, parents, and other publics with information concerning federal, state, institutional and private financial aid programs through our outreach programs, which may include formal presentations.
What we're looking for:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent communication skills in all forms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Knowledge of PC systems and applications.
Have a good interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team member.
Must successfully complete the on-site finaincial aid programs training within the first six months of employment
Preferred:
Financial Aid experience.
Knowledge of federal financial aid policies and regulations.
