Shift
Primarily Monday through Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm. This is a hybrid position.
Job Summary
The Financial Senior Specialist will support the Finance Director and/or Senior Finance Director, as well as, the needs of Enterprise Leadership. This role will be expected to deliver value and drive alignment for enterprise-wide strategic imperatives. This role will coordinate, manage, and disseminate financial planning tools, calendars, and systems while optimizing existing practices and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid remote position.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Must demonstrate the ability to conduct and interpret qualitative/quantitative analysis of finances and operative data. In addition, must demonstrate the ability of applying accounting principles for cost planning, budget variance reporting and strategic decision making. Understanding of the healthcare industry, trends, issues, risks, etc. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in finance (including budgeting, forecasting, strategic financial planning, and capital planning) in an integrated healthcare environment. Ability to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines. Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Education/Experience
BS in accounting, finance, economics, or other business-related degree required. Preferred Finance or Accounting. MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred.
