Job Summary/Responsibilities
FIE child assessors work with the Assistant Director for Research and Evaluation in carrying out assessment functions including attending assessor training, confirming child assent, conducting child and teacher assessments in early learning centers and other settings, ensuring assessments are conducted with fidelity and in a professional manner, recording data accurately, and completing other assessment-related duties as assigned.
Pay range: $35/hour with bachelor’s degree/$40/hr with master’s degree
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
  • Experience working with young children
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute assignments with attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Level II background screening (includes fingerprinting)

Must upload list of professional references including current contact information for a minimum of two professional references
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in education or a related field
