Job Summary/Responsibilities
This position is located at the UNF Deerwood campus in our state-of-the-art simulation center with eight individual simulation rooms, each with its own adjoining full-size control room equipped with state-of-the-art technology, to allow for real and authentic healthcare training experiences. The student will assist the Simulation Center Manager in setting up and take down of simulation experiences and help with coordination and scheduling, organization of task training rooms and associated classrooms. Additionally, the student will assist faculty with their simulation experiences as needed. Student may give assistance to staff including: filing, scanning, answering telephones, greeting and assisting students and visitors, making copies, on-campus errands, etc.
Required Qualifications
Applicants for this position MUST be eligible for and accept Federal Work Study (FWS) funding; must be enrolled in at least 6 semester credits; and must have met satisfactory academic progress requirements in order to receive financial aid.
