Job Description:
  • The incumbent will provide technical assistance to the Craniofacial interdisciplinary team regarding family engagement and patient advocacy initiatives both during weekly Craniofacial clinic and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  • The incumbent will develop patient engagement programming including, but not limited to a network of patient and family advocates, to expand the patient and family voice, improve clinic functioning, and develop ongoing Craniofacial patient and family engagement programming.
  • The incumbent will meet with patients and families to provide psychosocial support, resource referrals, and technical assistance at patient and provider direction.
  • The incumbent will complete assigned duties and assignments, as needed.
Expected Salary:

$23.07 - $26.44 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma and one year of experience working with children or families.

Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of lived experience as a parent, patient, or family member of a child/youth with a special healthcare
need.
