Job Summary/Responsibilities
Student assistants help staff with variety of tasks, including greeting guests, making copies, data entry, scanning documents, taking minutes at meetings, web design, social media, etc. Student will have an opportunity to learn about the exciting types programs within COAS, work with faculty and staff to support college programs, and gain a wealth of knowledge about grants including their preparation, submission, and fiscal processes.
Required Qualifications
Graduate or senior level students preferred. Applicants for this position must be eligible for and accept Federal Work Study Funding; must be enrolled in at least 6 semester hours; and must have met satisfactory academic progress requirements in order to receive financial aid.
Preferred Qualifications
College of Arts & Sciences majors preferred. Excel experience preferred for the work with Development and Alumni Engagement.
