Med-Medicine - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (24003909)
The Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine is seeking a Clinician/Educator to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor of Medicine, Appointment Stream as a Clinical Skills Preceptor. This exceptional opportunity will include:
· Facilitating medical student sessions and attending preparation sessions on assigned afternoons with specifics to be determined by course needs
· Facilitate other medical student sessions and activities as required
· Participate in faculty development, retreats, and other sessions as required
· Work collaboratively and respectfully with other faculty, staff, and students
Candidates should have an MD or DO and be board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases, have a strong commitment to clinical medicine and education.
