The Faculty Affairs Coordinator within the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost will directly support this mission critical work by supporting the faculty hiring and onboarding processes. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of professional level administrative experience. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. |

Essential Duties and Responsibilities | The Faculty Affairs Coordinator will:
Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, have the ability to prioritize work, and interpret University policies. The candidate will exhibit the skills required to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to faculty, colleagues, and prospective employees. Candidate must be professional and considerate when responding to and receiving critiques. Software programs used frequently to complete the required job responsibilities are Microsoft Office, including Teams, Adobe Pro, Box Oracle PeopleSoft, and PeopleAdmin 7. |

Additional Information | Remote Work Notice A hybrid remote work schedule may be available after in-person training for an appropriate length of time as determined by the supervisor. Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required.
