I. JOB OVERVIEW
Job Description Summary: | The Office for Faculty Affairs provides innovative resources and meaningful guidance to ensure that all faculty members thrive throughout their lifecycles at the university. The Office works to ensure that faculty are well-positioned to transform students into citizen/leaders through high-quality instruction and expand the frontiers of knowledge through faculty scholarship and research. From recruitment to retirement and beyond, Faculty Affairs works collaboratively with all campus stakeholders to establish and maintain a vibrant, diverse, inclusive, and internationally recognized academic community of scholars. The Faculty Affairs Coordinator works with the Faculty Affairs Specialist and other team members to support faculty recruitment, online hiring, and general office management. Assists with day-to-day operations in the online recruitment platform, manages electronic document filing, and oversees office management including office supply orders and organization. Job Duties include:

Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/GED plus 3 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
