Campus Location: This position can work out of any of our campus or education centers located in Cincinnati, Dayton, or Cleveland, OH; Florence or Louisville, KY; Fort Wayne, Greenwood, Indianapolis, Kokomo, or Merrillville, IH with a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days onsite and 1-2 days per week online.
Summary of Position: The position leads the 21st Century Church (“21CC” “or “Initiative”), an enterprise development initiative of N&G. The position provides thought leadership, program development, partnership development, facilitation, community development, and administration to develop and deliver the 21CC programs and learning experiences. In concert with the 21CC initiatives, the position supports the development of partnerships with churches, Christian non-profits, and other strategic partners in the Christian movement. The development efforts aim to support the university’s enrollment, advancement, and influence. The position requires travel and attendance at in-person training experiences hosted at IWU or client locations. The Director is responsible for maintaining a positive profit and loss statement and developing a strong financial plan for the 21CC.
