Posting Summary
Responsible for comprehensive administrative support within the Division of Human Resources, including Staff Council. Assist with communication, event planning, meeting scheduling, purchasing, document management, routine financial tasks, and misc. logistics. Triage emails. Administer LinkedIn and other work-related social media accounts to post UVM related materials. Provide executive administrative support to the Chief HR Officer. Schedule and perform routine office activities. Serve as a receptionist for the OEO office, requiring onsite presence 5 days a week.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in related field and three to five years related experience. Working knowledge of PPT, Word, and Excel as well as other software applications used to support area operations, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Must have social media presence, including LinkedIn profile as well as be an active poster. Demonstrated experience with providing customer service required. Previous experience with event planning/logistics.
