General Description | Facilitate checkouts and returns of production equipment, such as cameras, lighting, and sound equipment. Equipment Checkout Specialists work in the central office of Strong Hall during regular daytime hours. |
Essential Job Duties | 1) Provide friendly assistance to students, faculty, and staff. 2) Follow checkout guidelines and procedures. 3) Maintain inventory and organization of equipment closets. 4) Assist with basic office tasks. |
Education and Experience | High School Diploma or GED equivalent |
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities | Employee must be able to handle a fast-paced environment. Employee must be self-directed and able to work independently. Employee must be able to learn and apply equipment knowledge. Employee must demonstrate problem-solving skills. Employee must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a good attitude. |
