General Description
Facilitate checkouts and returns of production equipment, such as cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
Equipment Checkout Specialists work in the central office of Strong Hall during regular daytime hours.
Essential Job Duties
1) Provide friendly assistance to students, faculty, and staff.
2) Follow checkout guidelines and procedures.
3) Maintain inventory and organization of equipment closets.
4) Assist with basic office tasks.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Employee must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Employee must be self-directed and able to work independently.
Employee must be able to learn and apply equipment knowledge.
Employee must demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Employee must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a good attitude.
