The Student PeopleSoft division is seeking an enterprise analyst who will work with university administration, schools, departments, and faculty to implement Navigate 360 from EAB as well as with provide business analysis, training, and strong systems support. Navigate 360 is an industry leading advising CRM to enhance student success. This position will also support various modules of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions especially in the areas where integration with Navigate 360 is integral.

 

This position will support the offices that are part of the Division of Enrollment Management and other offices that integrate with student data, while working closely with the Office of Information Technology Division.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinates efforts to ensure that the Enterprise PeopleSoft systems and third party integrated systems support departmental objectives and information management needs.
  • Promotes and facilitates new functionality or applications through collaboration with University departments.
  • Analyzes business processes, procedures and functions, organizational structures, data collection methods and workflow and audit requirements to determine areas of improvement in processes and system functionality.
  • Supports the federal reporting and strategic planning needs of the University and its departments.
  • Designs, configures, develops, tests and implements approved applications using delivered PeopleSoft tools and functionality, including but not limited to, PS Query, Excel to CI, BI Publisher and Comm Gen.
  • Coordinates testing of regular system updates and corrects functional problems and deficiencies.
  • Troubleshoots systems issues.
  • Develops functional requirements and specifications for enhancements and system modifications with business owners and the Library and Information Technology Division.
  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of PeopleSoft or related systems experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs.  Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
