Position Overview | The System IT Department at the University of North Texas System is seeking to hire an Enterprise Applications Systems Administrator Technical Lead to join our team. This position performs advanced (senior-level) computer administration work in client/server enterprise applications. Work involves senior level analysis, coordinating enterprise application administration work efforts; analyzing proposed enterprise applications and solutions; and providing expert technical direction, influence, and assistance. May review and give feedback on the technical work of others. Works under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. |

Job Duties
o | * Reviews technical designs for major projects to insure business requirements are met. |

o | * Acts as a subject matter expert and develops or directs custom solutions or integrations for projects of moderate to high risk and complexity in an enterprise application environment. |

o | * Reviews and approves technical documentation of other team members and outside consultants. |

o | * Provides technical application support in accordance with SLAs established for services provided. |

o | * Mentors staff, conducts technical reviews, and provides technical assistance to team members. |

o | * Assist on-deck resources with problem tickets related to production issues, investigates issues, determines correct remedial action, or assigns to appropriate team member for remediation. |
