The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is looking to recruit an Enrollment Services Assistant to be a part of our Domestic Processing Team. 

The Enrollment Services Assistant will assist in managing software application functions, most importantly the administration of our prospective student database, Slate, which drives all the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and communications.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

·         Verify the data of incoming applications to the University and ensure applications are merged via Axiom

·         Review applications for admission consideration

·         Data integrity within Slate CRM system and cleaning duplicate applications

·         Review data downloaded into CRM systems for accuracy and completeness

·         Manage the Admissions Technology Email box to provide and resolve customer service-related issues within the CRM systems

·         Consolidate records within the CRM system

Qualifications

: 

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Hiring Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of Board of Regents policies regarding Admissions.
  •     Previous data entry experience; Strong communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills; experience with Banner, Slate, or similar CRM systems.
