The Enrollment Management Specialist will serve as an administrative support person for Enrollment Management offices.  This position will process payments and invoices, provide budgetary support and reporting for enrollment initiatives, enter employee time, manage new contracts and renewal process for EM offices, and support HR process for hiring new employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee budget process and reconcile accounts for Enrollment Management offices (UG Admissions, New Student & Family Programs, Mocs One Center, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Strategic Enrollment Technology); reconcile procurement card purchases; maintain ledgers for each applicable account; complete all necessary paperwork for exempt employees that participate in University travel; process bi-weekly & monthly time reports for all exempt, non-exempt and student staff (45 full time employees and 60 student employees); work with offices to maintain appropriate time keeping records.

Responsible for adding student employees to payroll system (35 UG Admission tour guides, 30 Orientation Leaders); provide budgetary updates & reporting assistance to Assistant Vice Chancellor EM on specific enrollment initiatives/projects needed to update Vice Chancellor EMSA and/or ELT.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma; two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent of education, training, and experience.
